- Gambling, betting or games of chance. Skill based prize competitions that meet UK law are welcome.
- Websites that sell or promote illegal goods or services, weapons, or counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Websites offering loans or other interest based lending.
- Anything that promotes hatred, violence or harm to children.

Rules for every website and tool
- Do not use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including fake reviews and impersonation.
- Do not send spam, or use our email or AI tools to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Do not upload malware or try to break the security of our servers or anyone else's.
- Do not use content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use AI tools to create content that breaks this policy, or that is designed to deceive people.
- Sell only the products and services you declared when you applied. Changing what you sell can affect your eCom Pay merchant account, so tell us first.
If the policy is broken
We may remove content, suspend a website or tool, or end the services if this policy is broken. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. We report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
