The chat on ecompro.co.uk is an AI assistant powered by Claude, a model made by Anthropic. It answers questions about eCom Pro and eCom Pay and can pass your details to our team if you ask. It can make mistakes, and it never agrees prices, makes promises or approves applications. A person confirms anything that matters.
How your conversation is handled is set out in our privacy policy.
AI in client services
- The AI chatbot add on answers your customers using information you provide, and hands over to your team when needed.
- The AI page builder writes draft pages in your tone. You decide what to publish.
- AI services such as automation and Claude app development are scoped with you, built with people approving important steps, and tested before launch.
People stay in charge
AI does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Card payment applications are reviewed and decided by people, never by our AI assistant.
Your data and AI
We use AI providers under their business terms. The AI assistant uses Anthropic's API under Anthropic's commercial terms, and Anthropic's privacy centre at privacy.claude.com explains how it handles and retains that data. We do not put card numbers, passwords or health information into AI tools.
