Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. This statement explains what we have done, what we know still needs work and how to contact us if something does not work for you.

Last updated 9 October 2026

What we have done

  • Clear headings and page structure that screen readers can follow.
  • Text alternatives on meaningful images.
  • Keyboard access to menus, forms and the AI assistant, with a visible focus outline.
  • Text contrast designed to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
  • Layouts that work on mobile and when text is enlarged.
  • Animations that respect the reduced motion setting on your device.
  • Videos that play muted and never auto play with sound.

Known issues

Some videos on case study cards do not have captions because they contain no speech. Some older images may have basic alternative text while we update them. We review the website regularly against WCAG 2.2 level AA.
